We are a non profit organisation that uses 4×4 vehicles to provide humanitarian aid and logistic support to people and communities affected by disasters such as earthquakes; landslides; floodings; mudslides; volcanic eruptions; severe weather; etc. Our vehicles enable us to reach areas that other aid and emergency service providers cannot reach.
We seek volunteers throughout the year but especially when emergencies and/or disasters happen. The need for humanitarian aid in Peru is endless as it’s a disaster prone country. We are currently providing humanitarian aid for the victims of extreme freezing cold in Lima highlands villages – Yauyos.
Discounts on Spanish language lessons are offered to volunteers.

Adults of both sexes 18+
All volunteers are required to have adequate volunteer travel insurance and provide a criminal background check to Unidad 4×4 de Ayuda local team on arrival in Lima. Additional requirements apply for volunteers, depending on the project profile. Fluency in Spanish is not a prerequisite for the Unidad 4×4 de Ayuda – Lima volunteer program.
US$30 per day which includes accommodation, meals, orientation, training, 24/7 in-country support, airport pick-up, and Wi-Fi access.
