Getting that Remote Location Vibration
Before we get in to the real meat of this article, it might be a good idea to set the stage a little. Imagine you are holding a glass of water. Now raise that glass towards your lips. Don’t drink it! Instead, just hum to it and watch what happens. Nothing? Try changing the pitch of your hum up and down. Eventually you should see the surface of the water start to vibrate. What has just happened is that the frequency of your hum has interacted with the water and caused a physical effect.
So now we know that frequencies can have an effect upon physical matter, in this case water, consider this. Your body consists of 60% water on average. Every radio device and most electrical appliances are putting out frequencies you cannot hear, 24 hours a day. Do you live close to a cell phone tower? Then you are getting an even bigger dose of these man-made frequencies. Do you use a mobile phone often? Then once again, you are receiving a high dose.
So what’s the problem? Well, in the example above we used water. But the real fact is that these frequencies interact with every type of physical atom in some way. That’s right. Every single molecule of your body is affected by the invisible man-made frequencies generated by our technology, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The only way to escape these effects is to switch off all of your devices, and spend some time in a remote area, where there are far less artificial frequencies. But why should you do this? What are the benefits?
Man-made frequencies are bad for your health
Hardly surprising really, but background man-made frequencies are incredibly bad for the human body. How bad? How about clinically proven statistics showing that extended cell phone usage can cause brain cancer? How about the fact that people, who sleep with their cell phone close to their bed, produce less melatonin at night? Melatonin is the body’s most powerful antioxidant, responsible for killing free radicals, and helping the body regenerate healthy cells.
Looking for a miracle cancer drug? Melatonin is it, and our pineal gland produces it every night whilst we sleep. The problem is, when the brain is active, production stops. Tests have proven that background man-made frequencies can prevent the brain from ever reaching a deep sleep state, with Delta waves of 0 to 4 Hz being produced. The only sleep state that promotes the production of melatonin.
The cells in our body communicate using frequencies and our DNA delivers instructions, using frequency waves. These frequency waves are disturbed by the invisible artificial frequencies all around us in the modern, technical era. At a cellular level this is the biggest change that life on earth has endured. Being submerged in an ocean of artificial frequencies constitutes a threat to human health and the entire web of life.
These are just a couple of the negative health effects of background man-made frequencies. Clinical studies have uncovered many more. You can’t escape these health effects; they are produced by equipment outside of your control. The only respite is to get away for a while, to a less polluted area. Why is this kind of remote retreat a good idea though?
One world - one frequency
Did you know that the entire Earth has a single resonating frequency? This frequency is approximately 7.8 Hz. This was discovered many decades ago, and has been termed the Schumann Resonance (after the person who first identified it). If that surprised you, would you be further surprised to learn that most living things on the Earth also gravitate naturally towards resonating at the same frequency when in a relaxed, harmonious state.
In humans, this corresponds to Theta waves. When the human brain is resonating at Theta wave levels, it is conducive to restorative sleep, feelings of wellbeing, improved creativity, and intense relaxation. Theta waves are what the Yogi and Guru try to promote with their deep meditation. Sounds pretty blissful doesn’t it? There is a reason for this; it is the natural frequency of the Earth and everything that lives upon it.
Stepping back in time
Imagine living back in the Stone Age. With no satellite TV, no mobile phone, no technology to emit artificial frequencies that stop our bodies resonating at the Schumann Resonance. This is the natural state for humans, animals and plant life. So where can we experience this kind of environment today? Only by retreating to the wilderness.
The only place that the original harmony of natural frequencies is still present to any extent is in remote locations, far away from radio towers, electrical devices, Wi-Fi routers and other things that emit unnatural man-made frequencies.
Making a case for getting away
It should be quite obvious by now, that there are serious health benefits to be had from taking a break from the artificial frequencies that surround us, and heading out in to a remote area for a while. Many people have heard the term “digital detox” before, and most of them probably considered it to be simply about unplugging for a while, taking some time away from the keyboard, and off the phone.
The simple truth is, that a digital detox in a remote location, delivers even greater benefits over simple lifestyle changing ones. It can have a significant positive benefit upon your health.
Taking a digital detox in a remote area, delivers a true win/win situation. You improve your life by lessening your reliance upon technology. You also improve your health, as you will not be affected by so many intrusive artificial frequencies, filling the air and drowning out the earth's natural resonance.
We all know that spending some time in the countryside can be relaxing but have you ever stopped and wondered why? Maybe, just maybe, it is because your body is free to resonate at the natural frequency it has evolved to do so naturally.
Science is just beginning to comprehend this amazing relationship and why being tuned-in to the earth's natural resonance is integral to our mental and physical health. The earth’s natural frequency synchronizes our circadian rhythms, aids our immune system and improves our sense of wellbeing.
Why not set aside some time to get off the beaten track while in Central or South America to find the earth’s heartbeat and get that remote location vibration.
