Our lodge offers Swiss quality and hospitality in a beautiful valley surrounded by nature. We are situated between national parks and volcanoes; surrounded by nature.
In the summer we offer the following activities: horseback riding; trekking; biking; kayaking and mountaineering. In the winter we offer skiing; ski touring and snow shoe walking.
We’re looking for proactive; nature-loving people who are open to all kinds of different work. Main tasks are working in the reception and restaurant (serving tables; answering the phone to take bookings; answering emails; helping in the kitchen and with the house keeping (not regularly). There are also opportunities to work outside with the animals; landscaping; stable cleaning; etc. Experienced riders can also help with the riding tours and starting of young horses (September to April).
In the winter; we offer season passes for the nearby ski centre and in the summer riding and horsemanship lessons for experienced riders as well as for beginners. Season passes for skiing are only offered to volunteers that stay 3 months or more.
You´ll be working in 8.5 hour-shifts; 5.5 days per week.
In July; September and February (our busiest months) we also accept short term helpers for one month only. Season passes for skiing are offered to volunteers that stay 3 months or more in the winter.

Basic Spanish skills are needed to communicate with our guests, in addition to English or German. Your hosts speak Spanish, German, English, Italian and some French.
Volunteers receive free board and lodging.
