Our mission is to represent the environmental interests of the people and organizations that live and work in Torres del Paine through recovery efforts; training and conservation.
We seek volunteers who want to be a part of our team; who have the ability to develop outdoor activities; enjoy working in teams; and have a special appreciation for the environment.
We currently offer two volunteer program options with different time lengths (30 and 60 days). Although the majority of tasks involve various forms of trail maintenance; there are also other types of work such as office administration; marketing; public relations; tourist information; environmental education; assisting with program lectures and fundraising.
Our volunteer program requires good physical condition and manual labour; at times in unfavourable weather conditions and in places with limited access.
For both programs; volunteers work for 11 days and then get 4 days off to rest. We recommend you use your time off to trek in the Torres del Paine National Park.

Good physical condition; capable of an outdoor lifestyle and enduring physical labour. It is important that the volunteers have an interest in learning and speaking Spanish; however English will be utilized as a second option.
In the 2020 season; interested volunteers will not be charged; but they will have to leave our facilities on their days off; due of this; the volunteers will have consider money to get to and from Torres del Paine.
