Our non-for-profit organisation is looking for skilled volunteers who will be part of ethical projects on responsible mining.
We welcome volunteers with experience in areas such as fundraising; market development; policy and advocacy; marketing and communications; projects and producer support.
Our mission is to set standards for responsible small-scale mining and to support and enable producers to deliver “Fair-minded” certified metals and minerals through economically just supply chains to the markets; in order to contribute towards the transformation of small-scale mining into a socially and environmentally responsible activity; and to the improvement of the quality of life of marginalized artisanal miners; their families and communities.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to a rewarding and meaningful initiative that seeks to promote and develop responsible artisanal mining and provide mining communities with the tools for them to enjoy and achieve an improved quality of life.
