We are a progressive school that strives to challenge students academically and support their development into independent thinkers that care for themselves and the world around them. We try and live up to words on our school uniform: “Self; Family; Community; World”. Class sizes are small and the staff works very well together and within the community. Our students have a wide range of experiences; backgrounds and cultures. We are a dual language school and daily instruction happens in both English and Spanish. We have an established volunteer program and have received hundreds of volunteers of the course of 12 years. Volunteers provide a wide range of support based on their experience and their goals.
We are located close to pristine beaches. Classroom Assistant’s can stay with local Guanacasteco scholarship families in order to experience the local culture and Spanish language while volunteering at the school.

There is a one-time fee of US$200. Volunteers are responsible for covering their living expenses. A home stay option is available for US$150 week. We provide daily lunch and transportation to and from school.
