We are a non profit organisation that monitors and protects nesting sea turtles on the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We mainly work with Olive Ridley’s.
We accommodate University students wishing to do a research internship with us in the Reserve. We can propose topics or the student can propose their own internship research ideas for consideration by the Reserve. The Reserve is committed to supporting the student in terms of logistics; necessary basic equipment and field assistance when required for the execution of their work.
There are many activities to do in your free time including surf lessons; horseback riding; zipline tours; hiking; snorkelling and diving.

For the approval of the internship the interested ones must present the official documentation of their respective university and forms of agreements; otherwise the internship cannot be done.
US$192 per week which includes lodging; three meals a day and non-alcoholic drinks. Wi-Fi available.
