Our animal center rescues and rehabilitates unfortunate animals; and reintroduces them back into the wild; within natural protected areas.
An average workday at our rescue center is from 7.30 am to around 4pm; five days a week. Organization; routine; cooperation; order; and method are very important when working with animals. Volunteers must be willing to work hard; be responsible; learn; and ask questions when necessary for the safety of all animals.
Volunteers must be responsible for their shifts; show up on time; and perform in a professional manner. Most importantly; volunteers must be passionate about animals and their well-being. Working with animals can bring unpredictable (and sometimes messy) situations. Please be prepared for a high level of commitment and hard work.
Our volunteer program starts every Monday at 11 am at the center. Volunteers are introduced to the program and then start work the following day at 7.30am.
