Work Exchange at Alternative Community

PachaMama

About the Program

We provide a place to dive into a transformative spiritual voyage; rejuvenate the body; connect with nature and celebrate life.

The work exchange program is an opportunity to experience our alternative lifestyle oasis and become an integral part of the community through service. It allows the participants of the program to cover a substantial part of the costs through working.

We carefully manage the work exchange program to provide a balance between work; meditation and personal growth.

Aside from the practical duties; there are opportunities to go deeper into learning hands on skills within the various branches of work; to enjoy the social intimacy of the work exchange circle; and be part of PachaMama through workshops; events and the gatherings.

Work Exchange options include working at Verde Restaurant; the Wild Treats Juice and Dessert Bar and the ECO Department.  Work will be designated according to one’s interests and skills; in consideration of the community’s needs and available positions.

Health insurance during your stay is required.
