We are a small farm focused on best agroecological practices applicable to the Galapagos. We aim to accomplish resilient agriculture and contribute to the islands’ food security; as well as contribute to conservation through permaculture and/or regenerative agriculture. We believe working on food sovereignty and sustainable agriculture is a fundamental contribution to the realization of long-term sustainability and conservation of Galapagos’ ecosystems.
Volunteering at Huerta Luna is a perfect opportunity to learn about permaculture from a hands-on approach; working alongside experienced Maritza and Susana. Volunteers work for 4 hours per day.

We offer basic accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with hot water) for US$75 per week. The accommodation has no Wi-Fi nor air conditioning; and has some humidity and insects due to its location.
