Our crew is young and energetic with great ambitions to have a ridiculous amount of fun; whilst having a positive impact on the beautiful country of Nicaragua. We are a hostel; a tour company; and a place for travellers and backpackers to meet and share experiences.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to fill a few possibilities of jobs including bar / reception staff; and volcano boarding guides.
We offer our volunteers full training; a fun and dynamic work environment; a lot of time off to enjoy the culture and activities in and around Leon; and the opportunity to be involved with other aspects of the company as we grow and diversify.

We are looking for: someone who is fit; energetic and adventurous; some with great people skills who is not afraid of public speaking; someone with great organizational abilities; someone with experience of travelling and preferably living in a hot tropical climate. Practical skills such as carpentry or experience with other adventure sports would be a great asset; however training possibilities is available for every job that we offer.
Volunteers receive free accommodation and food compensation depending on time of volunteering.
