It offers breathtaking views, with painted sunsets and jumping dolphins. 16 acre nature reserve. We are totally off the grid self-sustaining located on a safe island rainforest. Culture exchange and learning opportunities. Tons of nature adventures and exploration to do as well as an opportunity for authentic cultural immersion, amazing views, and secluded tranquilly.

We are looking for a volunteer to help us in aspects gardening and maintenance.
Gardening: Assist in producing a food forest and maintaining our plantation. Gain hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, permaculture practices, and learn about the diverse flora of the island. Gardening, composting and fertilizing.
General Maintenance: Basic maintenance skills. Use your skills in concrete laying, carpentry, and general repairs to help us maintain and improve our facilities. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the nature reserve remains a comfortable and beautiful place for all.
Nomads Welcome: Join our community and contribute your unique skills. Whether you’re a digital nomad, artist, or have another talent, we value diverse contributions and perspectives. For digital nomads this might be right, since our network is Wi-Fi 5g and Starlink. So remote work is delivered with no issues, even in storms we have Wi-Fi.

Qualifications/Skills:
Volunteers should be in good physical condition due to the hilly terrain and many stairs, when working on the plantation. Must work well in a team environment with high vibration and positive energy. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Stays range from 2 weeks to 3 months, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

Adults of both sexes 21-45
Cost:
Free meals and lodging. Also will provide breakfast and dinner, we understand cultures are different and we support vegan/vegetarian. We eat mostly plant-based and natural foods. If you need meat, you are welcome to bring what you need. We have fruits in our backyard free for everyone. You can cook your own or have meal prepared and eat with us.
Other information:
Enjoy island activities such as snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, hiking, and cultural excursions during your free time, also exploring nature and other islands, boat taxi to town for weekend enjoyment and entertainment.
