We offer ongoing work exchanges and specialised positions. A general volunteer must be highly motivated; outgoing; creative; and passionate about the outdoors. Exceptional skills in customer service and teamwork are required. Customer experience is our highest priority. We are primarily interested in volunteers who can contribute with art; surf lessons; baking; social media; carpentry; electrical work; yoga / physical training or some other specialized skill.
Yoga teachers; surf instructors and massage therapists are specialised positions which provide a 50% share on any revenue generated from their activity.
