We are looking for volunteers to help in the reception in our Valery Hostel and Hotel Valery II. We would like someone who speaks different languages but preferably knows Spanish + English; German; French or other languages. There would be two shift options.
The position comes with the following accommodation: One bed in a shared room/bathroom in Hostel Valery II located centrally in Huaraz; Peru. Close to the market and all downtown shopping and activities. Located on the same block as the office for Grupo Alpamayo Tours and the other Hotel we run – Hotel Valery. Breakfast is included (scrambled eggs; bread; coffee/tea). We clean your room once a week. There are washing machines you can use in both hotels as well. There is a shared kitchen in the main hotel that can be used to cook and store food. Hostel Valery has a new restaurant that just opened on the floor above it as well as a terrace to sit in the warm sun and relax.
You are located right next to everything on the main drag and just two blocks from the main plaza. As a tour travel company we also run daily trips into Huascaran National Park. Our iconic trips are the following: Llanganuco; Laguna 69; Rocotuyoc; Pastoruri; Chavin de Huantar; and Nevado Mateo.
